World Changers
Perth Christian Life Centre is a corporate body of believers who are not only passionate about “Making Life Better” in our surrounding community, but also in our country and the nations of the world.
Our dream is to be over-taken with a desire to reach the lost and expand God’s Kingdom on Earth and we are committed to being a ‘force’ not a ‘fortress’ in the world. A church as a ‘’force’’ is all about ‘’being Christ in the world’’ focusing on bringing Christ to people and “being Jesus” wherever they are.
As a part of the Assemblies of God in Australia, our church has been given the mandate to oversee all missionary activities, projects and outreaches into the Sub Continent Arc Region. This includes Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and the Andaman Islands. But our passion is also for Asia and its entire people.
We focus on releasing vision in these main areas:
- Church Planting
- Leadership Training
- Providing a better future for children in the Third World
Over the years our church has partnered with Mercy International to build orphanages and schools in Thailand and this year we are raising funds to build a home for abused and underprivileged children in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
We are also currently partnering with a local church in Nepal to start a ‘rickshaw business’ which will provide 100 men with work and a living wage. The profit generated from this business will enable the church in Nepal to minister to the Karnali people, an un-reached people group who live in the remote north west of Nepal.
At Perth Christian Life Centre we are passionate about taking the proclamation and the demonstration of the Salvation of Jesus Christ ‘’into all the World’’ as Jesus called us to do! Mark 16:15
