Parents Letter - Term 2 2012

We would just like to keep you in the loop with what’s happening in the life of Firebrand Youth.  

It’s been an amazing term 1, and we believe term 2 will continue to build into the lives of your teenagers.

It’s now official, Firebrand has divided into 2 youth groups :)
TAG is the name of the year 7-9s, and TANK is the name of the year 10-12s.  
Firebrand will remain as the umbrella name over the two, and Pastor Arastoo and Megan will remain as the Youth Pastors over both.

The reason we’ve made this move is to be able to reach the teenagers at their appropriate stage in life.  Sometimes there’s a large gap between a year 7 and a year 12.  It also allows us to provide an increased level of supervision, as the groups are smaller.

There will be a small time change for term 2:
TAG (yr 7-9s): 630-830pm every Friday night
TANK (yr 10-12s): 7-9pm every Friday night

We understand some of you may have children in both groups and it would be too much to ask to make both trips.  We do not have a problem with a senior coming a bit earlier or a junior leaving a bit later, to make it easier for you :)

On the perthclc.org website, we will endeavour to have all the information you may need for any special nights, outings etc, as well as the general program for term 2.
