A Prayer for Each Day

Creator God, you are the one who causes everything to be in existence – you dwell in the place from where everything originates,

May we continually live with a respect and a mindful awareness of all that you are to us.

We desire your ruler-ship in our lives.

You are the expert, so do whatever you think is best.

We desire that Our World would reflect Your World, so come and put right all the things that are wrong in OUR WORLD.

The sin that is wrong, put it right

The suffering that is wrong, put it right

The sickness & bondage that is wrong, put it right

Father this day has it’s own unique needs and challenges so I receive from you all the strength, wisdom & provision I need to sustain me in whatever this day brings

Forgive us for not doing all the things we know we should do, just like we have also forgiven those who have failed in their duty towards us;

Father don’t bring us into trials. We will have a responsive, teachable attitude to your Word, your Spirit and to the Godly leadership you have set around us.

Rescue us from getting so far into disobedience that the evil one gains an advantage over our lives.
