Application Form
Thank you for expressing interest in Joshua Generation - School of Supernatural Ministry (JGSSM)! We look foward to reviewing your application. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help throughout the application procedure.
Requirements for Applications
You are required to:
- Fill out this application form in its entirety.
- Have your Senior Pastor, or other minister, send in a pastor’s reference.
- Have a friend or other significant person in your life (not a family member) send in a personal reference.
- Include a $50 application fee (made out to ‘Perth Christian Life Centre’).
- Attach your Life Journey Testimony.
Testimony
You are required to include a Life Journey Testimony, which should be no longer than 500 words. It should outline the major milestones in your life, including your Christian experience and your walk with God, from acceptance of Jesus through to your current journey with God.
Interview
Once an application is received, processed and selected to progress to the next stage, the applicant will be required to attend an interview at a time convenient for them.
